These terms govern the use of smallbrix.com during our pre-launch period. In short: reservations are free and non-binding, and no payment is taken.
Reservations, not purchases
SmallBrix kits are not yet on sale. Placing a reservation registers your interest in the first production run and your place in line. It is not a purchase: it creates no obligation for you to buy and no obligation for us to deliver, and no payment details are collected. When kits are ready, we will contact you by email and you decide then whether to order.
Prices
Prices shown during pre-launch are provisional and may differ at launch. Final prices, shipping costs and availability will be confirmed before you place a real order.
Content
All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to SmallBrix or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Liability
The site is provided "as is" during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms and the privacy policy as the project evolves; the current version is always published on this page.
